Frequently Asked Questions
Composite Door FAQs
Do you supply and fit composite doors?
Yes. We supply the door and our own team fits it, fully framed, with a matching outer frame in a woodgrain or a colour. You are dealing with the people who will do the work, not a separate fitting contractor.
Is the quotation really free?
Yes. The home survey and quotation are free, with no obligation. We measure the opening first, then quote — cost depends on the door, the glass and the hardware.
Which areas do you cover?
Northampton and across Northamptonshire, including Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Rushden, Daventry, Towcester, Brackley and Milton Keynes.
Can I see doors before I decide?
Yes. We trade from Unit 1, 3 Letts Road, Rothersthorpe Industrial Estate, Northampton. The showroom is by appointment, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm.
How long have you been fitting doors?
MG has been established in Northampton since 1992, and has been supplying and fitting external doors for over twenty-five years. Some of the installers have been with the business since the mid-1990s.
What styles and colours can I have?
A wide choice of colours, woodgrains and glazing. We will talk through the options on the survey.
